1. At-door fee: Registration & fee rec'd between Sept 1
& 17: $700.00
2. Early fee: Registration & fee rec'd between August 1 & Sept 1:
$550.00
3. Early-early fee: Registration & fee rec'd between June 1 & August 1:
$500.00
4. Really-really-early fee: Registration & fee rec'd prior to June 1:
$425.00
5. Any entity (governmental or private) that registers 5 or
more attendees at one time, may deduct $25.00 per person from the registration fee applicable at the time
the registration and fee are received.
PO #'s will be accepted with the following provisions:
(a) Registrations & PO #'s are received by June 1, 2006
(b) Issuer guarantees payment of PO by August 1, 2006
